The only reason I went there was to take advantage of the offer. Result was I went to one of the (if not the most) expensive shop in the area. Will avoid like the plague next time. He is the ONLY console operator at this store that refuses to do cash out! Several times I have been refused cash out by him.

What ever happened to customer service, seems him even being at work is a struggle every night. He clearly doesnt want the job. Im sure theres someone out there wanting the opportunity and cant get it while this man continues to have a job and continues to give terrible and unfriendly service. What a disgrace
